Photos from my Fridge

I was expecting a plumber to fix my ice maker so I was going to clear everything off the fridge. I took these photos of my refigerator doors and was surprised at the array of photos - some of them are years old and there is one from just last week - a little bit of family history held together with magnets!

Wedding Plans

The dresses have been chosen.

The flowers have been ordered. All white bouquet for the bride and purple, lavender and white for the bridesmaids. Dad helped pick out the centerpeices for the dinner tables too. It' will be beautiful.

We have the location booked. Wedding in the gazebo, reception in the ballroom. Felicia loves the location because it is so green and pretty outside, Brandon loves the location because it has golf.

We can't wait!

Notre Dame

Tarisa and I went to Notre Dame University for a week in July. She was competing in the National Twirling Championships. This is the biggest twirling competition of the year, girls from all over the US come to compete for National titles. Tarisa has been a competitive baton twirler for 7 years. This is the 3rd year that she has gone to Nationals - she competed in 5 solo events and 2 team events and earned 3 fourth place and 4 second place medals. She was a bit disappointed because this is the first year she has not won a first place national title, but still, she did well as there were 40 girls in her age group. Notre Dame is a beautiful school and we had fun with the other team members from California.
