Jared is 15!

My ~~little~~ BIG boy turned 15. Where did the time go? He has had a life full of challenges, medical and otherwise, but he is so happy, content and strong. I am so proud of him.

Graduation

Milestones. Jared finished 8th grade on June 7th and promoted to High School! Then following in the footsteps of 3 sisters before her, Tarisa graduated from MVHS on June 8th!

In August, Jared will be moving on to MVHS, and Tarisa will be attending

Cal State University Fullerton.

Feeding the Ducks

Yesterday the weather was so beautiful. We went to visit Felicia at her new apartment and walked over to feed the ducks.

This crazy goose actually hissed at us when we ran out of bread!

These photos of Katrina and her son Ewan feeding the ducks are so much like the photos from when we took Katrina to the duck pond in November 1984. Below is Katrina, age 28, with Ewan age 2 1/2 is pregnant with her second son.

Audra is 12!

With a birthday on Christmas Eve it has always been difficult for Audra to have a birthday party, but with our big family there always seem to be enough people to celebrate. This year dad made his famous french crepes for lunch and 3 of her friends from the neighborhood were able to come for cake. Family, friends, cake and presents - Happy Birthday Audie! (note the center picture, she is standing in the stocking that she came home from the hospital in, a yearly tradition)
