Cousins at the Beach

Spring Break

Tuesday after Easter, before Aunt Cindy and the cousins drove home, we met them at the beach with Grandpa. The kids had fun in the water even though it wasn't very warm. The moms and grandpa tried to stay out of the sun (they don't appear to be native Californians).

Karate Man

Jared has been taking Karate classes for almost 3 years. He is getting close to testing for his green belt. I love this photo they did for us at the Karate studio.

Cousins

My sister came down from Northern Ca, and my brother was out from Hawaii. All the cousins were together for a day, a rare occurance.

Martial Arts Fitness

Last week I started an exercise class for women. They call it Martial Arts Fitness, but they really should call it Martial Arts Boot Camp! It meets Twice a week for 50 minutes, so I have been 3 times so far..... I am so sore and stiff. It's amazing how muscles rebel when you haven't used them in the way you are asking them to perform now. Honestly, I have never punched or kicked anything in my life before last week, and this body knows it. Anyway, I paid for a month, so I will continue to go, but it would be great if I didn't hurt so much at the end of the month as I want to commit to next month too. Wish me luck.

Jonas Brothers Concert!

Jonas Brothers

Last Sunday, I took Jared, Audra and Tarisa to see the Jonas Brothers in concert. Two of my neighbors also went with their daughters. The place was full of screaming girls! The concert was good, the Brothers are very entertaining, and the kids all had a great time. There were snacks consumed and t-shirts purchased and the girls took at least 100 photos. I'll just post a few.
